Your ad will appear in the 2012-2013 AHS STUDENT DIRECTORY. Please indicate the size advertisement you prefer to purchase by selecting the appropriate item(s).

- Instructions follow on how to securely pay using a Credit Card or PayPal, choose this method of payment or you may pay by check.
- You do not have to sign up for PayPal to make your payment.
- You will be redirected to PayPal "Secure" Shopping Cart Web Site.
- Click "Add to Cart" for each item you intend to purchase.
- If paying by credit or PayPal, follow the directions in the PayPal shopping cart to remit your "secure" payment. You must "CLICK" all the buttons where prompted. Please read each page as it appears through check out process.
- You will receive email confirmations:
- If you choose PayPal for payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail directly from PayPal confirming your payment; if you do not then the process was not complete and your payment was not processed. You may need to try again and note this in the comments box.
- You will receive a confirmation e-mail from PTSA treasurer to confirm your order was recorded only.

Annandale High School and the AHS PTSA agree to print the advertisement in the 2010-2011 AHS Student Directory that will be distributed and sold to all AHS Families. The purchaser agrees to provide full payment in the amount specified above by September 17, 2012.
