A great day of golf, fun, contests, prizes, and socializing at the beautiful new Fairfax County public course located on the grounds of the old Lorton detention facility. Laurel Hill, one of the top public courses in Virginia, is so well regarded that it will host the US Amateur Public Links tournament in 2013. If you haven’t been to it, you’ll be pleasantly surprised. Pinecrest, it’s not!

The annual Red & White Golf Classic is the primary fundraiser for the Annandale High School PTSA and your support is greatly appreciated. The programs supported by the PTSA are vital to the growth and development of both students and teachers at AHS.

The funds that we raise benefit the PTSA’s academic programs and provide enrichment opportunities for both the teachers and students. Do you know that teachers rely on the PTSA for funding for special workshops, field trips, and class materials? PTSA funding also goes to students in the form of College Scholarships, Academic Enrichment, Free Practice SAT and TOEFL Testing, Field Trips, Professional Development for teachers, Guest Speakers, and so much more.

Don’t let the word GOLF stop you from being involved. The golf outing is just the fun event that allows us to raise the money for our school. We could sell snow cones, but that wouldn’t attract business partners who provide a $1,000 sponsorship, and do some golfing! Make your own foursome (there’s a discount). There’s also a discount available for AHS staff & Faculty, as well as College Students with a current college ID.

We are asking the community (you) to donate, sponsor, advertise, golf, or volunteer.

• As a Donor, you would become a Patron of Annandale High School.
• As a Sponsor at the many levels available  -- you can receive publicity and recognitions based on your level of giving.
• As a Player, because portion of the registration fee is donated to the PTSA, you can support education and at the same time have fun playing golf with friends, neighbors and alumni
• As a Volunteer, you can join in the fun if you want to help, even if you don't play golf. We will need help before and during the golf tournament. Click on the volunteer link to send an email to the Red & White Classic Co-chairs.

Be a Leader! You have the opportunity to be a leader in the community by being the 2012 Red & White Golf Classic Title Sponsor, or by sponsoring the Red & White Luncheon on golf day.

Individuals and business leaders can sponsor a golf tee sign, sponsor at a gift level, or advertise in the golf program. All of our registration and donation forms and our convenient online payment system will be up and running shortly.
